YOUTH AND FAMILY PASTOR

Lead the Next Generation to Know, Grow, and Serve Christ

At Hope Fellowship Church, we believe the next generation is not the future of the church—they are a vital part of it right now.

We are seeking a Youth & Family Pastor who is called to invest deeply in students, partner intentionally with parents, and help build a culture where families are equipped to follow Jesus together.

This is more than a program-driven role. It is a discipleship-driven calling—one that will shape lives, strengthen homes, and help establish a foundation of faith that lasts for generations.

As our church continues to grow, we are committed to raising up leaders, strengthening families, and creating clear pathways for people to know God, grow in their faith, and serve others. This role will be central to that mission.

You’ll step into a church that is:

● Experiencing meaningful growth and momentum

● Deeply committed to biblical teaching and authentic community

● Passionate about developing leaders and equipping volunteers

● Eager to invest in the next generation with intentionality and purpose

If you are a pastor who:

● Feels called to disciple students and equip parents

● Thrives in building relationships, not just running programs

● Desires to develop leaders and multiply impact

● Is excited about being part of a growing, mission-driven church

…then we invite you to explore what God may be calling you into here.

This role is designed to provide intentional leadership across the entire next-generation spectrum—from early childhood through high school—ensuring that every stage is aligned around one clear goal: helping the next generation know and follow Jesus.

This is more than overseeing ministries—it is about cultivating a unified culture of discipleship that partners with families and shapes spiritual formation from the earliest years through young adulthood.

Our vision is to cultivate a ministry that:
