About the Position

Hope Fellowship Church is seeking a creative and organized Communications Director to manage the church's communications strategy, calendar, channels, brand, and creative workflow.

This person will help ensure that people receive clear, timely, and consistent information across Hope's website, email, social media, weekend services, and other communication channels. The Communications Director will report to the Executive Pastor and work collaboratively with staff members and ministry leaders.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a church-wide communications plan and calendar.

  • Manage communications requests from intake through publication.

  • Oversee the website, email, text messaging, social media, lobby screens, and other official channels.

  • Write and edit church-wide communications.

  • Maintain Hope's visual identity, templates, and brand standards.

  • Produce priority graphics, print materials, digital assets, and basic video content.

  • Coordinate weekend announcements and promotional materials.

  • Help ministry leaders develop effective communication plans.

  • Recruit and develop creative and production volunteers.

  • Use engagement and project measures to improve communication decisions.
